Brand Activation with Compass Box Whisky at Wally’s Santa Monica

Last month, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Compass Box Whisky for an intimate, high-end whisky tasting event at the iconic Wally’s in Santa Monica. Designed for media and influencers, the event was a beautiful blend of artisan spirits, thoughtfully paired cheeses, and luxury experiences.

As the on-site event artist, I hand-engraved 20 bottles of their signature whisky with custom messages for each guest — transforming each bottle into a personalized keepsake they could take home. The engraving station added an interactive, thoughtful element to the event that aligned seamlessly with Compass Box’s refined brand identity.

The event was a huge success, filled with meaningful conversations, delicious pairings, and plenty of buzz around the custom engraved bottles. Guests loved watching their personalized messages come to life in real time, and many shared their bottles on social media — a bonus layer of organic visibility for the brand.
