What services do you offer?

I offer on-site calligraphy, hand engraving, live bottle painting, hot foiling, wood burning, fragrance engraving, glass engraving, and live painting for events, brand activations, weddings, and private celebrations. I also provide custom commissions, wedding calligraphy, and personalized gifts for clients and businesses.

Do you travel for events?

Yes! I'm based in Los Angeles and regularly work throughout Southern California, including Beverly Hills, Culver City, Venice, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Orange County, and San Diego. I've also traveled for events in San Francisco, Paso Robles, Montecito and other cities. Travel fees apply for events outside the LA area.

What types of items can be personalized?

Popular items include fragrance bottles, candles, drink ware, leather goods, packaging, and accessories. If you’re unsure whether your item can be personalized, I’m happy to advise on the best approach.

How far in advance should I book you for an event?

I recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your event date, especially during the holiday season. Depending on availability, I can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines.

Do you offer live personalization for events?

Yes! I specialize in interactive event activations where guests can experience personalized calligraphy, engraving, or foiling on-site. These activations are perfect for corporate events, conferences, product launches, and brand experiences.

How long does personalization take per item?

On average, each engraving or foiling takes 3–5 minutes per item. For larger events, additional artists can be arranged to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

How do I book an event or request a quote?

Simply reach out via my Contact page with your event details, date, and estimated guest count. I’ll respond promptly with availability and pricing options.

How much does it cost to book you for an event?

Pricing depends on the service, the duration of the event, the expected guest count, and the items being personalized. I don't have a one-size-fits-all rate because every event is different. The best way to get an accurate quote is to fill out the contact form with your event details and I'll put something together for you.

What information do I need to provide when I reach out?

The more detail the better. It helps to know the event date and location, the type of service you're interested in, the item you'd like personalized, the expected number of guests, and any specific design ideas you have in mind. If you're still in the early planning stages, that's totally fine too. I'm happy to talk through options.

Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?

Sometimes, depending on my schedule. I recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for events during the holiday season (October through January) when demand is highest. If you have a last-minute need, it's always worth asking.

Do you offer gifting and personalization services outside of events?

Yes. I take on studio commissions for personalized gifts, wedding stationery, envelope addressing, and one-of-a-kind pieces. These are done in advance and can be shipped or delivered. Reach out with your project details and I'll let you know what's possible.

Can you work with my brand's design team on a custom activation concept?

Yes, and I love these kinds of collaborations. I'm happy to work with your creative or experiential team to develop a concept that fits your brand aesthetic.
