Hand Engraving

Hand engraving is what I'm probably best known for, and it never gets old to watch. Using a precision rotary tool, I etch designs, lettering, monograms, and florals directly into glass, metal, and ceramic by hand. No laser, no machine. Every line is made in real time, right in front of your guests.

For brand activations, engraving creates memorable personalized experiences where guests walk away with something that actually has their name on it. That kind of moment sticks. I've engraved on-site for Dior at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills, OLAPLEX, Parfums de Marly, GUESS at the Sabrina Carpenter concert, Bobbi Brown, and dozens of other brands across Los Angeles and Southern California.

I also take on custom commissions in the studio - currently only accepting bulk orders.

Popular items I engrave include fragrance and perfume bottles, wine bottles, glassware and tumblers, candles, hair accessories and beauty tools, compacts and makeup brushes, and shot glasses.

Planning an event and want to offer guests something they'll actually keep? Get in touch and I'll walk you through what's possible.

  • I work on glass, metal, plastic and ceramic most often. Fragrance bottles, wine glasses, tumblers, candles, compacts, and beauty accessories are all common. If you have a specific item in mind, send me a photo and I'll let you know whether it's a good fit!

  • Champagne bottles can't be engraved because of the pressurization. For champagne, I'd recommend calligraphy instead, which I also offer. Wine bottles, spirits, and still water bottles are totally fine for engraving.

  • Most pieces take about 3 to 5 minutes. For events with a large guest count, I can bring in additional artists to keep things moving. I always ask about your expected attendance ahead of time so we can plan the setup properly.

  • Hand engraving is done entirely by hand using a rotary tool. It's slower and more personal than laser engraving, and the result has a warmth and texture that a machine can't replicate. It's also a live experience, which is a big part of why brands and event planners love it.

  • Yes. I can work from a logo file, a custom illustration, or a design we develop together. For brand activations, I often engrave a combination of the guest's name and a brand element. Send me your artwork and I'll let you know what's achievable on the item you have in mind.

  • Reach out through the contact form with your event date, location, expected guest count, and the item you'd like personalized. I'll follow up with availability and a quote. I recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, especially for larger events or holiday season dates.
